Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse an Systemintegration
- Erfahrung im IT-Support und in der Netzwerkadministration
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
Responsibilities
- IT-Servicedesk und IT-Support: erste Anlaufstelle fĂĽr IT-Probleme und IT-Fragen
- 1st Level Support & 2nd Level Support: Entgegennahme und Analyse von Störungsmeldungen
- Installation und Konfiguration: Einrichtung und Wartung von Hardware und Software
- Netzwerkbetreuung: Ăśberwachung und Sicherstellung der Netzwerksicherheit
- Problemanalyse und Problembehebung: Dokumentation und Lösung von IT-Störungen
- Mitarbeit an der IT-Strategie des Unternehmens
