ERP Engineer (M/F/X)

- Design, develop, and maintain interfaces with external systems, including APIs, file import/export processes, and web services - Support and maintain ERP integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and data integrity - Work closely with ESO IT to manage and support the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, performance, and alignment with organisational standards - Perform data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation - Use SQL for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting support - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across ERP platforms - Collaborate with teams to deliver reporting, dashboards, and KPIs - Provide analytical insights to support operational and financial decision-making - Ensure ERP solutions meet internal control, audit, and compliance requirements - Maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, etc. - Maintain documentation for change management, approvals, system controls, and operational procedures - Monitor user access, segregation of duties (SoD), and configuration changes - Support ERP environments and participate in quarterly Oracle Fusion release cycles, including testing and deployment activities - Develop user training materials and system documentation - Provide hands-on support and guidance to end-users - Act as a subject matter expert for ERP-related queries and incidents
