Requirements
Must:
- Fundiertes Wissen in MS Office; Kenntnisse in der Google Suite sind wünschenswert.
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken und ein kommunikationsstarkes, kundenorientiertes Auftreten.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Responsibilities
- Du unterstützt die Nutzer in allen Belangen der IT-Infrastruktur, sowohl vor Ort als auch per Remote-Zugriff.
- Du installierst und konfigurierst Laptops, PCs, Server sowie mobile Endgeräte.
- Du übernimmst die Störungsbehebung und dokumentierst sowie klassifizierst diese in einem Ticketsystem.
- Du verwaltest die Thin Client/ChromeBox Farm an den Standorten und wartest die lokale Infrastruktur.
- Du wirkst an internationalen IT-Projekten mit.
