Must:

- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Prozessdigitalisierung oder Automatisierung

Responsibilities
- Aufbau und Betreuung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur (Laptops, Handys, Drucker, Netzwerk)
- Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)
- IT-Support für das Tagesgeschäft im Büro
- Auswahl, Einführung und Optimierung von Softwarelösungen (z. B. Disposition, HR, Buchhaltung)
- Digitalisierung und Automatisierung interner Prozesse
- Steuerung von externen Entwicklern und IT-Dienstleistern
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Websites, Tools und Apps
