Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder Helpdesk von Vorteil
- Grundkenntnisse in Windows-/macOS-Betriebssystemen, MS 365, Active Directory und Netzwerkkonzepten
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Analysefähigkeit
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu bearbeiten
- Großes Interesse an technologischen Innovationen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Responsibilities
- Entgegennahme und priorisierte Weiterleitung von Supportanfragen via Telefon, E-Mail, Chat und Ticketsystem
- Erste Fehlerdiagnose und Lösung einfacher Probleme oder Weiterleitung an den Second-Level-Support
- Benutzerunterstützung bei Standardanwendungen und IT-Infrastruktur (PCs, Betriebssystemen, Office-Anwendungen und Peripherie)
- Dokumentation von Störungen, Lösungswegen und Status
- Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von Endbenutzersystemen
- Durchführung von Reset-, Passwort- und Berechtigungsmanagement gemäß Sicherheitsrichtlinien
- Eskalation von komplexen Vorfällen an die Fachabteilungen und Nachverfolgung der Lösung
- Monitoring von Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs) und Berichterstattung der Kennzahlen
- Erstellung von Statistiken und Präsentationen
- Allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben
