Requirements
Must:
- Completed training or degree in computer science
- Several years of professional experience in IT administration and IT security
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and security
- Good knowledge of Microsoft network environments (AD, Exchange, SQL)
- Knowledge of network security, encryption technologies, and security protocols
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and service orientation
Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft environments, Microsoft 365, virtual infrastructure, workstations, and applications
- Collaboration on IT projects and rollouts (including global locations)
- Worldwide application support
- Maintenance and further development of the ISMS (Information Security Management System) in coordination with the external information security officer
- Monitoring and analysis of security incidents and threats, and initiation of measures
- Cooperation with service providers and external Security Operations Centers (SOC)
