Requirements
Must:
- Ich verfüge über ein (Fach-) Hochschulstudium der Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. in einem verwandten Fachgebiet oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Ich habe bereits Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit vernetzten IT-Systemen.
- Ich besitze Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management.
- Ich zeichne mich durch eine sehr hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Kundenorientierung aus.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden mein Profil ab.
Responsibilities
- Ich plane und überwache Systeme für Produktkomponenten im Private Cloud Umfeld.
- Ich unterstütze beim Ausbau einer zuverlässigen Systemlandschaft für produktbezogene Komponenten und gestalte diese effizienter und skalierbarer.
- Ich unterstütze meine Dienstleister bei Rollout-, Change- und Incidentprozessen.
- Ich lege geeignete Leistungsindikatoren mit meinen Fachbereichen und Dienstleistern fest (z. B. SLA).
- Ich erstelle Berichte und nehme an internen Service-Review-Meetings teil.
