Requirements
Must:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung in der Administration in einem produzierenden Unternehmen von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Erfahrung im Support und der Betreuung von IT-Systemen (Hardware und Software)
- Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Systeme (Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Sharepoint, Intunes)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Responsibilities
- Betreuung und Sicherstellung des Betriebes gruppenweiter Endpoints, Arbeitsplatzsysteme sowie die Unified Communication Systeme
- Bearbeitung von IT-Support-Aufgaben (IT Service Desk, 1st- / 2nd-Level Support)
- Automatisierung von IT-Aufgaben im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
- Erstellung und Unterhaltung von IT-System-Inventar und -Dokumentation
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Nutzer bei der Konzeption, Beschaffung und Einführung von Lösungen auf Arbeitsplatzsystemen
- Mitarbeit bei gruppenweiten und internationalen IT-Technologie- bzw. Infrastrukturprojekten
- Koordination von Tätigkeiten zwischen Anwendenden, internen Stellen und externen Partnern
