Requirements
Must:
- A university degree in any of the following fields: Experimental psychology, criminology, sociology, business analytics/administration, or data science.
- Experience in the use of secondary data sources such as Nielsen, LCP Delta, etc.
- At least three years of corporate/public sector experience in quantitative and qualitative research, specifically using software such as R, Python, SAS.
- At least three years of experience in market research (customer behaviour and attitudes, brand management) including research design, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to adjust to different company and regional cultures.
- Fluent English skills required; fluent German highly valued.
- Able to travel, with self-confidence and persuasiveness.
Responsibilities
- Steer and manage external market research agencies in both quantitative and qualitative research, including managing procurement processes.
- Design research studies including research question/hypothesis development, questionnaire and interview guide design, psychometric data validation (reliability and validity statistics), data collection and cleaning, data analysis, report writing, and presenting research findings.
- Manage and engage multinational stakeholders, including your own steering groups.
- Conduct significant primary quantitative research (hypothesis testing, multiple linear/logistic regression, factor and cluster analysis, Structural Equation Modelling, etc.).
- Conduct significant primary qualitative research (in-depth interviews, focus groups, thematic and content analysis, etc.).
- Take insights into action via insights communication and engagement with central and regional units, ensuring insights are implemented in business processes collaboration and knowledge management tools and practices.
- Assist in managing knowledge management systems and communication channels (Stravito, Market Logic, intranet, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Embed knowledge sharing in day-to-day activities.
