Requirements
Must:
- Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundiertes Know-how in Monitoring und Dashboard-Gestaltung, idealerweise mit Tools wie New Relic und PowerBI
- Erfahrung im Incident Handling und praktisches Wissen im Service Management
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Agiles Mindset und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
Responsibilities
- Beratung der iconnect-Applikations-Teams hinsichtlich Observability und Monitoring
- Implementierung und Optimierung von Observability-Lösungen mit New Relic
- Entwicklung passgenauer Dashboards, Alarme und Reports in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem iConnect Service Management
- Durchführung von Schulungen für operative Teams zur effektiven Nutzung des Monitorings
- Kontinuierliche Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Überwachungskonfigurationen
- Aktive Unterstützung bei Fehleranalysen, Eskalationen und Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
