Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in einem relevanten Fachbereich, z. B. Energiewirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder Digitalisierung/IT
- Agilität und Flexibilität in dynamischen Umgebungen
- Teamgeist und Fähigkeit zur vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit
- Innovationsfreude und Bereitschaft, neue Wege auszuprobieren
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich

- Teilnahme an einem umfassenden Einführungsprogramm, um E.ON Grid Solutions und die Energiewirtschaft kennenzulernen
- Funktionsübergreifende Placements bei E.ON Grid Solutions und im E.ON Konzern
- Möglichkeit zu einem Einsatz in einer internationalen Einheit oder einem Projekt
- Übernahme von Verantwortung für eigene Projekte von Anfang an
- Zusammenarbeit in diversen Teams zur Gestaltung der Energiewende
- Nutzung von maßgeschneiderten Weiterbildungsangeboten und Soft-Skill-Trainings
