Data Quality & Governance Analyst (f/m/d)

- Manage and take ownership of processes which create critical data for our business, working closely together with our colleagues in IT - Define and implement data validation rules, monitoring metrics, and quality checks for the processes in our responsibility - Maintain and expand the curated data layer in close collaboration with IT, ensuring consistent and accurate representation of core data entities (e.g., trades, prices, positions) - Collaborate with product teams and business stakeholders across teams and regions to define and evolve data models - Work closely with the business teams owning critical reporting (e.g. departments such as Market Risk, Credit Risk, Accounting, Back Office) - Maintain the quality and consistency of key business data across systems and departments - Perform root cause analysis of data issues and drive corrective actions across upstream systems - Take Product Ownership of Data Products and contribute to data governance initiatives and documentation standards - Coordinate change delivery with the business departments and be responsible for successful implementation of requirements and managing projects impacting the products and processes we own - Support end users analyzing and understanding data
