Business Analyst - Risk Management (f/m/d)

I expect you to manage and take ownership of processes that create critical data for our business, working closely with our colleagues in IT. You will define and implement data validation rules, monitoring metrics, and quality checks for the processes under our responsibility. Maintaining and expanding the curated data layer in close collaboration with IT is essential to ensure consistent and accurate representation of core data entities (e.g., trades, prices, positions). Collaborating with product teams and business stakeholders across teams and regions to define and evolve data models is a key aspect of the role. You will work closely with the business teams owning critical reporting, such as Market Risk, Credit Risk, Accounting, and Back Office. Maintaining the quality and consistency of key business data across systems and departments is crucial. Performing root cause analysis of data issues and driving corrective actions across upstream systems is necessary. Taking Product Ownership of Data Products and contributing to data governance initiatives and documentation standards is expected. Additionally, you will coordinate change delivery with business departments and be responsible for the successful implementation of requirements while managing projects impacting the products and processes we own. Supporting end users in analyzing and understanding data is a vital part of your role.
