Requirements
Must:
- Umfassende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Customizing SAP HCM bzw. S4/HANA (PA, PY, PT) sowie im Schemen- und Regelwerk
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Hochschulbildung (bspw. Informatik) oder in der Praxis erworbene gleichwertige Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
- Hohe Beratungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke
- Teamorientierung sowie eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Responsibilities
- Betreuung, Wartung, Customizing und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Systems im Bereich HR (SAP HCM bzw. S/4HANA) verantworten
- Unterstützung im IT-Schnittstellenmanagement zu weiteren angebundenen Personalmanagementsystemen (u. A. Guidecom HR Suite)
- Unterstützung bei übergreifenden Personalprojekten
- Support des Fachbereiches zu fachlichen Weiterentwicklungen übernehmen
