Systems Engineer - User Segment of Military Satellite Communications (d/f/m)

We are looking for candidates with a Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or other related Engineering disciplines. You should have excellent knowledge of military satellite communication systems, preferably with experience related to SATCOMBw, and over 10 years of experience in the field. A profound understanding of satellite communications engineering, including technical interfaces, data flow for user and management data, as well as TM/TC engineering (both secure and unsecured), is essential. You should be familiar with communication engineering, including RF link budgets and antenna designs, and have strong experience in software-based systems, networks, and IT infrastructure. Additionally, we seek professionals with extensive experience in modern Digital Payload, Ground Station, Spacecraft Control Center, and Payload Control Center engineering, along with a background in the design, development, integration, verification, and operations of Satellite Communication Systems and associated processes. Experience in leading a multi-national engineering team and fluency in both English and German (minimum C2 for both) is required.
