Requirements
Must:
- Degree in Computer Science or similar
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in Software architecture, design and development
- Excellent C++ skills. Other programming languages / Frameworks are welcome (Qt / QML, Go, Python, Rust)
- English negotiation level. German and/or Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design the architecture of software models for training simulators
- Develop suitable simulations that support high-level operational and system requirements from various stakeholders
- Maintain and modernize the software architecture of existing products
- Design and agree simulation interfaces with the internal and external stakeholders
- Support the definition of Work Breakdown Structures and individual work packages
- Support Systems Engineering activities including requirements definition, implementation and verification
- Support the improvement of existing development processes
- Support integration and acceptance testing.

We are looking for a Senior Simulation Software Engineer (d/f/m) to join our team in Manching, who will take part in the definition and implementation of complex simulation architectures for the A400M Programme. Located about an hours drive north of Munich, Manching is an up-and-coming market town that offers a wide range of leisure and cultural activities.
