Requirements
Must:
- A Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- A background in RF technology, communication, and ideally computing systems.
- Hands-on programming experience with Python and/or C.
- Experience with Software Defined Radios, such as GNURadio, is a plus.
- Knowledge of aerospace systems is a plus.
- An independent, self-motivated mindset with enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and agile research environment.
Responsibilities
- Research and development of wireless computation and communication between onboard and external distributed systems.
- Exploration of aerospace applications to ensure ultra-low latency, security, and privacy.
- Experimental implementations including advanced elements such as reconfigurable intelligent surfaces.
