Lead Systems Engineer - EW Ground Support (d/f/m)

- Define system development logic consistent with system development standards. - Elicit and validate system/product requirements whilst considering the complete system life-cycle. - Design and define possible architectures considering the functions and other requirements (constraints). - Lead analysis (Analysis of characteristics and performance) to translate customer requirements and avionics systems requirements into system specifications. - Define and manage system interfaces requirements. - Play an important role during customer project/technical meetings to effectively support the team and the project lead. - Support the management of suppliers for developing, testing, and delivering quality products that meet the requirements. - Lead verification of the system/product implementation and its interfaces, on the real or virtual system. - Lead impact analysis of any design change request during the entire product life cycle. - Foster collaboration within our project team and with involved stakeholders - internal and external. - Actively support the continuous improvement of our products, projects, and processes.
