Requirements
Must:
- Hold a relevant University Degree, preferably in Information Technology or a closely related technical field.
- Proven professional experience in Information Technology (IT), with a focus on Cyber Security principles, practices, and technologies.
- Strong background and practical experience in the field of Electronic Warfare, demonstrating an understanding of relevant systems, operations, and techniques.
- Experience utilizing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools for defining, analyzing, and documenting complex system architectures.
- Demonstrated experience in technical project management, including planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope and schedule.
Responsibilities
- Definition of functional and non-Functional Requirements on Electronic Warfare (EW) & Cyber to enable integration into one platform.
- Definition of functional requirements on external interfaces (COMmunications/Multi-Function Software Defined Radio (MF-SDR) & RADAR).
- Development and maturation of technical system concepts and architectures for integrating Electronic Warfare (EW) & Cyber situational awareness/Operational Picture.
- Prototypical functional & integration testing of CEMA functions.
- Document technical activities.
- Define functional architectures how CEMA will be integrated into EMO & SoS Mission functions.
- Define functional architectures how Cyber capabilities will be integrated into SoS Mission functions.
- Define and align Interface Control Documents (ICDs) between Electronic Warfare (EW) and Cyber Subsystems/functions.
- Define and align Interface Control Documents (ICDs) between CEMA / EMO / SoS Functions.
- Definition of requirements on general Cyber Monitoring functions for SoS Mission Systems.
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Cyber-Capabilities (incl. Requirements Engineering (Requ. Eng.) for Cyber Integration in EMO).
- Technical Alignment with Product Security & Cyber.
- CEMA Capability Management (Breaking down Technical & Personal capability gaps for future development).
