Requirements
Must:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- Aufgabenbezogene Berufserfahrung sowie Budget- und internationaler Projektverantwortung
- Kenntnis agiler Methoden: DevOps, Kanban u. a.
- Umfassendes Knowhow im IT-Betrieb von Client Lösungen (z. B. MEM/Intune, SCCM/ConfigMgr, Autopilot, Software Deployment)
- Interesse an Leading Edge Technologien
- Know-how in modernen Führungskonzeptionen (u.a. Agile Leadership, Transformationale Führung)
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
Responsibilities
- Weiterentwickeln des Produktes in Kooperation mit den Kunden, dem Management und dem Produktteam
- Verantworten der Weiterentwicklung unserer Client-Management-Services (z. B. Softwareverteilung, Patch Management, Endpoint Security, Device Lifecycle)
- Fachliches Führen des Produkt Teams von 14 Mitarbeitenden
- Planen, Steuern und Überwachen des Produktbudgets
- Betreuen des Product Backlogs inkl. Moderation von User Story Workshops
- Überwachen der SLAs und Produkt KPIs, sowie die regelmäßige Optimierung dieser
- Entwickeln von Sourcing Strategien (make or buy)
- Aufbau von externen Netzwerken und Partnerschaften
- Steuern von Dienstleistern
