Requirements
Must:
- 2-4 years of related experience
- High School diploma/certificate or equivalent
- Fluent in German language (Essential)
- Expert-level support for hardware, software, and operating systems on desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Proficiency in incident management, ensuring timely resolution of incidents within agreed SLAs
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows 10/11 and macOS
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM & Endpoint Manager/Intune platforms
- Certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support for hardware, software, and operating systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Deliver guidance sessions for end-users on software applications and best practices
- Manage incidents ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs
- Assist with hardware imaging, updates, and software installations
- Communicate effectively with users of all technical levels
- Support the Dexcom workforce to ensure seamless operations
