Must:
- Du besitzt die allgemeine Hochschulreife mit einem guten Notendurchschnitt.
- Du hast Interesse am Handel und idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel.
- Du bist gerne körperlich aktiv, bist verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig.
- Du zeigst Engagement und hast eine hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft.
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab.
Responsibilities
- Du absolvierst im Wechsel 2 Tage pro Woche die Theoriephasen an der IU (Internationale Hochschule) und 3 Tage pro Woche die Praxisphasen in unterschiedlichen Deichmann-Filialen.
- An der Hochschule spezialisierst du dich auf den Vertrieb und die Abstimmung von Aktivitäten in den unterschiedlichen Vertriebskanälen.
- Du lernst die Abläufe in verschiedenen Stores kennen, arbeitest aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit und übernimmst nach und nach mehr Verantwortung.
- Abgerundet wird dies durch eine Praxisphase in einer Deichmann-Filiale im Ausland.

Wir bieten dir ein 3,5-jähriges duales Studium bei Deichmann, das dich ideal auf eine Führungsposition oder weitere spannende Tätigkeiten im Verkauf vorbereitet. Während der Praxisphasen wirst du in verschiedenen Filialen eingesetzt und lernst alle wichtigen Abläufe im Einzelhandel kennen. Bei einem guten Abschluss garantieren wir dir eine Übernahme als Trainee im Verkauf mit Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
