Requirements
Must:
- Completed vocational training in IT or a university degree (bachelors, diploma) in IT, such as business informatics, or a comparable qualification in IT, or comparable practical experience in IT relevant to the role
- Several years of experience in the IT field, ideally with the installation, configuration, or customization of Atlassian products (Jira or Confluence)
- Experience working with Linux operating systems, ideally RHEL or related distributions
- Knowledge and practical experience in scripting (e.g., with Shell, Python, JCL) as well as SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of relevant tools and languages (e.g., Ansible, Groovy, or similar)
- Desirable knowledge of REST interfaces for communication between web applications
- Practical experience in monitoring (Checkmk, Instana) as well as in project management and conceptual design is desirable
- Business fluent German, both written and spoken, and very good English skills
- Strong decision-making skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and openness to innovation
Responsibilities
- Designing and managing the use of Atlassian products and collaboration platforms
- Implementing, providing, and further developing existing IT services
- Monitoring the IT systems and IT services used, including the associated error analysis and troubleshooting
- Providing cross-interface consulting and support for projects, teams, and departments regarding possible uses and application scenarios for Atlassian products
- Designing, managing, and executing project work in close cooperation with pension insurance providers
- Participating in regular maintenance work to be carried out by the team, outside regular working hours (e.g., evenings and/or weekends)
- Controlling, creating, maintaining, and updating documentation on Atlassian tools, user manuals, and troubleshooting tips
