Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung (z. B. in Logistik, Controlling oder Operations); ein Studium ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und Power BI
- Erfahrung im Reporting, mit KPIs oder im operativen Controlling
- Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Klare Kommunikation sowie Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- Kenntnisse mit einem Transport Management System (TMS) und SAP R3 von Vorteil
- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft (deutschlandweit)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Responsibilities
- Analyse von Performance-, Kosten- und Volumendaten (u. a. Transport, Auslastung, Effizienz)
- Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von KPIs, Scorecards und Standardreports
- Analyse und Optimierung von Bus- und Truckrouten
- Durchführung von Prozessanalysen, Simulationen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbewertungen
- Erstellung von Management-Reports und Präsentationen
- Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Kosten- und Effizienzoptimierung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Finance, OPEX und der Operations-Leitung
