Digital Product Manager (gn) - fulltime/parttime (hybrid)

- At least 5-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in digital product management. - Strong customer orientation and problem definition skills, independently understanding, defining, articulating, and evaluating complex customer problems and opportunities using data analyses and qualitative insights. - Excellent product judgment, balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints to define, advocate for, and deliver the right product. - Experience collaborating with cross functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver effective solutions quickly. - Ability to accelerate processes independently using AI. - Capability to define the roadmap for features, products, or priorities and communicate effectively. - Confident working with engineers and customers on modern technologies, including APIs and SaaS infrastructure. - Results oriented, defining, advocating for, and communicating progress regarding impact on customers and the company. - Strong leadership skills, effective communicator, ownership-taker, and influencer for alignment. - Fluent in German and English.
