Requirements
Must:
- Erfahrung in KYC-Prozessen und fundiertes Verständnis regulatorischer Anforderungen
- Hintergrund im Finanzdienstleistungssektor, idealerweise mit Datenbankkenntnissen
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprache von Vorteil
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Detailgenauigkeit und sicheres Stakeholder-Management
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Responsibilities
- Durchführung von KYC-Prüfungen für Firmen- und Privatkunden (Onboarding, Review, EDD)
- Analyse und Bewertung von Kundeninformationen inkl. UBO und Kontrollstrukturen
- Bearbeitung von Screening-Warnmeldungen und Sicherstellung regulatorischer Compliance
- Kommunikation mit Kunden zur Klärung offener Punkte und Anforderung zusätzlicher Daten
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von KYC-Dokumentationen sowie internen Systemen
