Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im logistischen Umfeld
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Logistik oder Spedition
- Sichere Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen, Kenntnisse in Warenwirtschaftssystemen wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamgeist und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Responsibilities
- Erstellen und Verwalten von Import- und Exprtdokumenten
- Erstellen und Unterbreiten von Angeboten für Import- und Exportkunden
- Betreuen und Beraten von Kunden
- Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen
- Verhandeln von Fracht- und Subunternehmerkosten
- Erstellen und Prüfen von Rechnungen
- Gelegentliches Unterstützen bei der Verladung von Maschinen
