Requirements
Must:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst oder Requirement Engineer im IT-Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Logistik
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und Techniken
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Responsibilities
- Analyse und Dokumentation der Geschäftsanforderungen in der Logistik
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von IT-Lösungen zur Optimierung von Prozessen
- Aktive Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams
- Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachbereichen und der IT schaffen
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Anwender
