Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen Betriebssystemen (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Gutes Verständnis von Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Erfahrung mit IT-Support-Ticketsystemen (z. B. Jira, ServiceNow) und gängigen Büroanwendungen (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung sowohl bei Software- als auch Hardware-Problemen
- Klare und verständliche Kommunikation, auch mit Nutzern ohne technische Vorkenntnisse
- Strukturiertes, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten und Freundlichkeit, auch unter Druck
Responsibilities
- Erste Anlaufstelle für Kollegen/-innen bei technischen Anfragen und Problemen im Bereich Hardware, Software und Netzwerke
- Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung von IT-Problemen
- Unterstützung beim Setup und der Wartung von IT-Systemen, Endgeräten und Anwendungen
- Dokumentation aller Support-Tickets und Lösungen präzise im Ticketing-System
- Beratung und Schulung von Kollegen/innen in der Nutzung von IT-Systemen und Software-Anwendungen
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplätzen (PCs, Laptops, Peripheriegeräten)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem IT-Team, um bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen zu optimieren und neue Technologien einzuführen
