Requirements
Must:
- Hohe IT-Affinität und ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken
- Selbstständige Organisation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Informationstechnik
- IT-affine Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Mobile Devices (Apple/iOS) wünschenswert
- Teamfähig, lösungsorientiert, kommunikativ und zuverlässig
Responsibilities
- IT-Ansprechpartner vor Ort für Kolleg:innen
- Unterstützung bei technischen Problemen und Weiterleitung dieser
- Einrichtung von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen und Apple-Devices
- Key User und Ansprechpartner für alle Fachbereiche
- Übernahme des First-Level-Support
- Anpassung von Optimierungswünschen und Vorschlägen für Prozesse systemseitig
