Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as VueJS, SolidJS, ReactJS, or AngularJS, with a focus on TypeScript and JavaScript development
- Advanced proficiency in Node.js with Express for building APIs and server-side applications, along with familiarity with MongoDB as a preferred database solution
- Hands-on experience in designing scalable and distributed systems, leveraging tools like Docker, Terraform, and AWS Cloud for deployment and management
- Proficient in working within a Monorepo setup (e.g., Rushstack) and version control systems like GitLab for collaborative development
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a positive team culture
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in agile teams and collaborate across remote settings, fostering open communication and innovation
- A strong sense of ownership and enthusiasm for embracing new technologies, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering high-quality results
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
- Drive architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices across the stack
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions that align with business objectives
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications on both the front-end and back-end
- Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security
- Conduct and lead code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability across the platform
- Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify feature requirements, enhance workflows, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects, from concept to deployment and beyond, while maintaining high technical standards
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical development and business goals
