Requirements
Must:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich oder fundierte Praxiserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement
- Sicherer Umgang mit klassischen und agilen Methoden wie PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, Kanban oder SAFe
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge
- Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und eine gesunde Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
Responsibilities
- Du übernimmst anspruchsvolle globale IT-Projekte
- Du analysierst unsere (IT-)Prozesse und optimierst diese
- Du bringst deine Expertise in der Organisationsentwicklung und Anforderungsaufnahme ein
- Du entwickelst Projektmanager und Projektbeteiligte methodisch und technisch weiter
- Du förderst gemeinsames Lernen und bringst die richtigen Menschen zusammen
