Requirements
Must:
- +4 years of experience in a technology consulting environment
- Apply software development practices and standards to develop robust and maintainable software
- Actively involved in every part of the software development life cycle
- Experienced at guiding non-technical teams and consultants in best practices for robust software development
- Optimize and enhance computational efficiency of algorithms and software design
- Motivated by a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and interacting directly with clients on new features for future product releases
- Enjoy collaborating in teams to share software design and solution ideas
- A natural problem-solver and intellectually curious across a breadth of industries and topics
- Masters degree or PhD in relevant field of study - please provide all academic certificates showing the final grades (A-level, Bachelor, Master, PhD)
Responsibilities
- Own the full analytics value-chain end to end: framing new business challenges, designing innovative algorithms, implementing and deploying scalable solutions
- Enable colleagues and clients to fully embrace AI
- Partner with clients in a variety of regions and industries
- Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities and papers
- Lead conferences on behalf of BCG X
- Design and build data & AI platforms for clients
- Provide data and (Gen)AI capabilities to a wide variety of consumers and use cases across the client organization
- Be part of large (AI) transformational journeys BCG does for its clients
- Work with engineering disciplines such as Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, DevOps, MLOps/LLMOps
- Utilize technologies including Azure, AWS, GCP, Airflow, dbt, Databricks, Snowflake, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform, MLflow, AzureML, LangSmith, Langfuse, etc.
