Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree or PhD in relevant field of study - please provide all academic certificates (A-level, Bachelor, Master)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English (C1/C2)
- Programming Languages: Python, C++, Java, JavaScript
- Experience in software development practices and standards
- Ability to guide non-technical teams and consultants in best practices for robust software development
- Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity across various industries
Responsibilities
- Own the full analytics value-chain end to end
- Frame new business challenges and design innovative algorithms
- Implement and deploy scalable solutions for clients
- Enable colleagues and clients to fully embrace AI
- Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities and papers
- Lead conferences on behalf of BCG X
- Collaborate with diverse teams to share software design and solution ideas
- Interact directly with clients on new features for future product releases
