Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree or PhD in relevant field of study - please provide all academic certificates (A-level, Bachelor, Master)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English (C1/C2)
- Programming Languages: Python, C++, Java, JavaScript
- Passion for software development and large-scale data analytics
- Experience in applying software development practices and standards
- Knowledge of computational efficiency optimization for algorithms and software design
- Ability to guide non-technical teams and consultants on software development best practices
- Experience collaborating in diverse teams
- Problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity across various industries
Responsibilities
- Own the full analytics value-chain end to end, framing new business challenges
- Design innovative algorithms and develop scalable solutions
- Partner with clients on key topics like climate change
- Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities and papers
- Lead conferences on behalf of BCG X
- Actively participate in every part of the software development process
- Interact directly with clients on new features for future product releases
