Requirements
Must:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Proven experience in delivering production‑grade AI features for cloud‑based industrial AI and software applications, with a strong focus on time‑series and tabular data
- Profound knowledge of the research and technology landscape of AI for time series and tabular data, combined with excellent programming skills
- Strong experience in building and leading AI development teams
- Proven track record in driving innovation in the context of AI feature development and inspiring teams to contribute
- Experience with cloud-based AI and software applications for manufacturing is a plus
- Extensive experience working in international, interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI feature requirements, including elicitation, analysis, prioritization, specification, validation, and ongoing management
- Focus on the technical steering of AI feature development for cloud‑based industrial AI and software applications, particularly emphasizing time‑series and tabular data
- Ensure on‑time, specification‑compliant, and high‑quality delivery of AI features in line with best‑practice development standards
- Drive innovation through a continuous AI feature pipeline, leveraging the latest research and technological advancements
- Provide technical guidance to the AI development team and foster knowledge sharing and best practices within the team
- Collaborate in an international, interdisciplinary setting with experts across AI, software engineering, business, and domain domains
- Clearly communicate complex technical content to customers, technical and business stakeholders, as well as management
