Requirements
Must:
- Education: bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role; proven experience in business process analysis and improvement; experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau); familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum); proficiency in data modeling and business process modeling.
- Personality and Working Practice: I approach my work analytically and am always solution-oriented; my excellent communication and interpersonal skills make me an appreciated team member; I also enjoy working independently on topics, I know how to organize myself, and I keep an eye on the timeline.
- Languages: good in German and English.
Responsibilities
- As a business analyst, I conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. I develop and implement strategies to optimize these processes and align them with central departments.
- I engage with stakeholders across various departments to gather and document business requirements, ensuring that these requirements are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- I work with stakeholders to define and align Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with business objectives, ensuring that KPIs are measurable, relevant, and provide actionable insights.
- Furthermore, I utilize data analysis techniques to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and present findings in a clear as well as concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Moreover, I design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring they are user-friendly and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
- I work as part of an intercultural, agile team to deliver high-quality solutions and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Last but not least, I stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in business analysis, data analytics, and reporting, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
