Requirements
Must:
- Degree in engineering, quality management, production technology, or a comparable qualification
- Relevant experience in quality planning and risk management, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Skilled at identifying patterns and isolating root causes (e.g. using 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa), translating findings into actionable improvements
- Familiar with applicable quality standards and their practical implementation, including experience with ISO9001
- Ability to work independently, think in solutions, and derive insights from quality data
- Very good written and spoken English; German is also nice to have for collaboration between departments
Responsibilities
- Define and implement quality assurance strategies across the entire product lifecycle, from suppliers and development to serial production
- Accompany production on the shop floor, working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure quality requirements are effectively implemented at all production stations
- Support product and process changes, ensuring quality requirements are considered and contributing to approval and implementation activities
- Analyze quality deviations using structured methods (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why), derive sustainable corrective actions, and ensure their implementation
- Monitor key quality indicators (e.g. audit findings, non-conformities) and proactively drive continuous improvement of processes and standards
