Requirements
Must:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, physics or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in Python development and AI frameworks.
- Experience in LLM optimization, RAG engineering and MCP architecture.
- Knowledge of container technologies, sandbox setups and continuous integration.
- Confident handling of evaluation tools for agent performance.
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working, as well as out of the box thinking ability to find solutions.
- Enjoy committed and team-oriented collaboration.
- Good knowledge of German (at least B2 level) and good written and spoken English (at least B2 level).
- After a successful induction phase and probationary period, you can work on a mobile basis on individual days.
Responsibilities
- Application of prompt engineering to define agent behavior in MCP-based agent systems.
- Optimization of RAG architectures (e.g. LangChain/internal libraries).
- Development and fine-tuning of small, domain-specific LLMs.
- Architecture and module design for MCP communication structures.
- Extension of agent systems via A2A protocols.
- Development and integration of knowledge graphs, including connection to RAG pipelines.
- Performance analysis, evaluation & benchmarking of AI agents.
