Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Fehlerdiagnose und professionelle Problemlösung in Hardware & Software
- Kommunikation nach ITIL-Standards und Ticketing-Systeme im First-Level-Support
- Grundlagen von TCP/IP und moderne Netzwerktechnik
- Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Systemen und Cloud-Technologien in der Microsoft-Welt
- Schutz vor Cyber-Risiken und digitale Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz im Bereich IT-Security
