Requirements
Must:
- IT-nahe kaufmännische Ausbildung oder (Wirtschafts-)Informatiker:in, Fachinformatiker:in Anwendungsentwicklung/Systemintegration, Betriebswirt:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung
- Erfahrungen in der Systemadministration und der technischen Betreuung von Applikationen
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis von HR-Software und -Systemen
- Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen (z. B. Java)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Serverumgebungen, IT-Dokumentation und Berechtigungsmanagement
- Erfahrung in Transformations- und Modernisierungsprojekten
- Teamorientierte Kommunikation und fließendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Responsibilities
- Sicherstellung des Betriebs unserer IT-Systeme im Personal- und Zeitwirtschaftsbereich mit Fokus auf ATOSS
- Aktive Mitgestaltung des Umbaus und der Modernisierung der Applikation
- Aufnehmen des Status quo, Definieren von Optimierungsbedarf und technische Weiterentwicklung der Anwendung
- Customizing der Anwendung in engem Austausch mit der Personalabteilung und externen Softwaredienstleistern
- Betreuung aller Schnittstellen bei der Weiterentwicklung
- Unterstützung in Serverbetreuung, Systemadministration, technischen Betreuung der HR-Applikationen (Einrichtung, Updates, Konfiguration)
- Berechtigungsmanagement, Support und Reporting
