Requirements
Must:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Software Architect mit Verantwortung für komplexe Systeme oder Produktportfolios
- Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner Softwarearchitekturen, Entwicklungsprozesse und Qualitätsanforderungen
- Erfahrung im Einsatz von AI-Technologien in Softwareprodukten (konzeptionell und/oder praktisch)
- Verständnis für Security-by-Design-Ansätze und regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Responsibilities
- Gesamtverantwortung für eine nachhaltige, skalierbare und technologisch kohärente Architektur über mehrere Produkte hinweg inklusive strategischer Bewertung technischer Entscheidungen
- Strategische Identifikation und Umsetzung von AI-Use-Cases sowie aktive Gestaltung zukunftsfähiger, skalierbarer Architektur- und Innovationsansätze
- Integration von Regulatorik, Security und Compliance als zentraler Bestandteil schneller, qualitativ hochwertiger Architektur- und Produktentscheidungen
- Vermittlung komplexer technischer Themen, Coaching von Architekt:innen, technische Repräsentation von BAYOOSOFT und Sparring mit Führung und Teams
- Bewertung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen und Ableitung strategisch relevanter Impulse fĂĽr Team und Produktportfolio
