Requirements
Must:
- Completed university degree in (business) informatics, mathematics or a related field of study
- Several years of hands-on experience developing data products and data platforms, ideally including Databricks or similar platforms
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, experience with modern cloud environments
- Familiarity with integration and process automation platforms
- Analytical mindset, structured working style, high initiative, and strong collaboration as well as communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Excellent English language skills as well as ideally German skills
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust data solutions across all architecture layers, from the data platform to procurement-specific applications
- Acquire and integrate data from enterprise and procurement systems and provide high-quality Data Products for analytics, AI, and downstream applications
- Develop and maintain frameworks for business-context modeling (semantic layer)
- Operationalize AI models and agentic components across the architecture
- Implement and automate agentic workflows to orchestrate data and process flows
- Support the integration of external best-of-breed solutions
- Drive innovation by collaborating with the central Data & AI team, external technology partners, and global procurement stakeholders to ensure user adoption and measurable business impact
