Requirements
Must:
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ABAP (optional ABAP Cloud) im S/4HANA (Cloud)-Umfeld
- Erfahrung in Analyse/Debugging sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen
- Praxis in AMS bzw. im produktiven Betrieb inkl. ticketbasiertem Arbeiten
- Verständnis von Serviceprozessen (Incident, Change, Service Request) – ITIL-Basics sind ein Plus
- Starke Kommunikation + Kunden- & Teamorientierung sowie ein kĂĽhler Kopf bei hoher Ticketlast
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Deutsch C1)
Responsibilities
- Technische Umsetzung von Changes, Optimierungen und Fehlerbehebungen im SAP AMS
- Analyse, Debugging und nachhaltige Behebung technischer Incidents
- Implementierung kundenspezifischer Entwicklungen (z. B. Reports, User Exits, Formulare)
- Technische UnterstĂĽtzung bei Releasewechseln und Service Projekten
- Technische Dokumentation und Sicherstellung der Betriebsqualität
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem AMS-Team und den Service Consultants zur Umsetzung technischer Anforderungen
- Einhaltung der SLA-Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards im Service-Alltag
