Requirements
Must:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Kubernetes Engineer / Platform Engineer / SRE / Cloud Engineer mit Fokus auf Betrieb und Plattform-Engineering
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Kubernetes (Workloads, Networking, RBAC, Security, Storage, Troubleshooting)
- Praxis in Migrationen von bestehenden Systemen (VM/Monolith/Service-Landschaften) in containerbasierte Umgebungen
- Routine mit Linux, Bash/Scripting und grundlegenden Netzwerkkonzepten (DNS, TLS, Routing)
- Erfahrung mit IaC (Terraform) sowie Helm/Kustomize; GitOps (Argo CD/Flux) ist ein Plus
- Know-how in Observability (Monitoring/Logging/Alerting) und sauberem Incident-Handling
- PostgreSQL-Betrieb/Backup/Restore (nice to have)
- NGINX (nice to have)
- Service Mesh/Istio (nice to have)
- Secrets-Management (SealedSecrets, External Secrets Operator) (nice to have)
- Erfahrung mit Public-Sector-Anforderungen (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kubernetes-Plattform: Cluster-Add-ons, Namespaces, RBAC, Policies, Netzwerk/Gateway/Ingress, TLS/Zertifikate
- Storage & Stateful Workloads: Persistenz, Backups/Restore, Datenbank-Betriebskonzepte (inkl. HA/DR je nach Bedarf)
- Stabilität & Skalierung: Requests/Limits, Autoscaling, Scheduling, Kapazitätsplanung
- Analyse der bestehenden VM-Landschaft (Dependencies, Datenflüsse, Stateful-Komponenten, Betriebsanforderungen)
- Erarbeiten und Umsetzen einer Migrationsstrategie (z. B. Blue-Green, Canary – je nach System)
- Containerisierung und Kubernetes-Readiness: Deployment-Patterns, Config/Secrets, Health Probes, Ressourcenprofile
- Planung & Durchführung von Cutover, Rollback und Teststrategien inkl. Nachweis der Betriebsreife
- Aufbau/Optimierung von Monitoring, Logging und Alerting (SLIs/SLOs, Dashboards, Incident-Readiness)
- Proaktives Troubleshooting: Performance-Engpässe erkennen, Ursachen beheben, Postmortems und nachhaltige Fixes
- Infrastructure as Code und Standardisierung: Terraform, Helm/Kustomize, saubere Repos/Module
- CI/CD & GitOps: Pipelines und Deployments (z. B. Azure DevOps), wiederholbar, auditable, sicher
- Dokumentation, Runbooks und Enablement: Wissen nutzbar machen und Standards schaffen, die halten
