Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbares Know-how
- Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support / Helpdesk wünschenswert
- Technische Affinität zur IT
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache
- Teamfähigkeit und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Führerschein der Klasse B
Responsibilities
- Hauptverantwortung für das Erstellen von Notebooks, iPads und Mobilteilen
- Annahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Störungen und Serviceanfragen
- Unterstützung unseres IT-Teams bei der Anwendungsbetreuung sowie im Bereich Hardware, Software und Peripheriegeräte
- Bereitstellung und Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen in unseren Niederlassungen
