Must:
We require a candidate with knowledge and skills generally obtained through a relevant, completed degree program with a standard duration of up to 4 years in the field of engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or comparable degree programs, along with a related extended subject-specific additional qualification. Extensive knowledge and experience in the tasks listed within the cybersecurity scope are essential. A deep understanding of resilience frameworks (ISO 22301, ISO 22361, ISO 31000, ISO 27031, NIST SP 800-34) is crucial, along with strong experience in Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessment methodologies. The candidate must have extensive expertise in developing Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Crisis Management Plans, as well as experience with Emergency Response and Crisis Communication procedures and resilience management tools. Strong coordination skills during incidents, experience leading crisis exercises and simulations, and the ability to work with international teams are required. Proficiency in German and English at negotiation level (spoken and written) is mandatory, and a willingness to travel for business is expected.

Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will implement enterprise-wide resilience programs, develop crisis management strategies, and establish governance for medium to large-scale cybersecurity consulting projects. You will organize crisis management plans and the associated documentation, as well as deliver crisis and business continuity exercises such as Reality Checks, Serious Games, and Simulations. You will evaluate and audit crisis management and business continuity plans, leading and significantly contributing to cybersecurity consulting projects. Applying consulting methods independently while documenting and presenting results is expected. You will provide training and coaching in crisis management and business continuity, regularly advise customers for further support (cross-/up-selling), and prepare bids for small to medium-sized projects or provide significant support for large projects. Additionally, you will involve technical experts to ensure successful delivery and training of (junior) consultants, prepare required documentation, and present work results effectively.
