Requirements
Must:
- I require knowledge and skills generally acquired through a relevant, completed degree program in the field of engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or comparable degree programs, along with a related extended subject-specific additional qualification. The overall knowledge and experience may have been obtained in other ways.
- I seek extensive knowledge and experience in the listed tasks within the cyber security scope.
- I need a deep understanding of resilience frameworks (ISO 22301, ISO 22361, ISO 31000, ISO 27031, NIST SP 800-34).
- Strong experience in Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessment methodologies is essential.
- I require extensive expertise in developing Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Crisis Management Plans.
- I look for extensive experience with Emergency Response and Crisis Communication procedures, along with resilience management tools and crisis platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Disaster Recovery principles and coordination with IT teams is necessary.
- Experience leading crisis exercises, simulations, and corresponding teams, along with a strategic vision for resilience program development, is a must.
- The ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders during incidents and strong facilitation skills for BIA workshops is essential.
- Cultural sensitivity for working with international teams is required.
- Proficiency in German and English (negotiation level mandatory, spoken and written).
- A willingness to travel for business at home and abroad is needed.
Responsibilities
- I will implement enterprise-wide resilience programs, crisis management strategy, business continuity, and define governance for medium to large cyber security consulting projects.
- I will organize crisis management, crisis plans, associated documentation, and deliver crisis and business continuity exercises (Reality Check, Serious Game, Simulation) for medium to large cyber security consulting projects.
- I will evaluate and audit crisis management and business continuity.
- Planning and leading cyber security consulting projects while significantly participating in consulting projects of medium to large size will be my responsibility.
- I will apply consulting methods independently while documenting and presenting results internally and externally.
- Training and coaching in crisis management and business continuity will be part of my role.
- I will focus on the improvement of existing processes and toolings.
- Regular advice to customers for possible further support (cross-/up-selling) and bid preparation for small to medium-sized projects, or providing significant support for large-sized projects, will be required.
- I will involve technical experts to guarantee successful delivery and train (junior) consultants.
- Finally, I will prepare the required documentation and present work results.
