Requirements
Must:
- Erfahrung mit SAP, z. B. als Key User, SAP Anwender oder im SAP Support
- Kenntnisse in SAP MM, SD, FI/CO oder EWM wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit Systemprozessen
- Deutsch oder Englisch mindestens auf B1-Niveau
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtsystem (Früh- und Spätschicht)
Responsibilities
- 1st und 2nd Level Support für SAP-Anwender im Logistik- und Warehouse-Umfeld
- Analyse und Behebung von Systemfehlern sowie Prüfung von Buchungen in SAP MM, SD oder EWM
- Bearbeitung von Tickets und Weiterleitung komplexer Themen an Fachabteilungen
- Pflege von Stammdaten, Berechtigungen sowie Mitwirkung bei SAP-Tests und Prozessoptimierungen
- Unterstützung der täglichen Prozesse wie Wareneingang, Kommissionierung und Bestandsbuchungen
