Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with SAP, for example as a Key User, SAP user, or in SAP support
- Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, FI/CO, or EWM is desirable
- Confident handling of system-driven processes
- English or German language skills at least at B1 level
- Willingness to work a two-shift schedule (early and late shifts)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP users in logistics and warehouse operations
- Analyze and resolve system issues and review postings in SAP MM, SD, or EWM
- Process support tickets and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
- Maintain master data and user authorizations; support SAP testing and process improvements
- Assist daily operations such as goods receipt, picking, and inventory postings
Description
We are offering an opportunity for IT Support (m/f/d) SAP in Halberstadt. In this role, you will ensure seamless operations by providing critical 1st and 2nd level SAP support. We offer a competitive pay rate of €17.65 per hour with the potential to earn up to €2,676 gross per month based on a full-time 35-hour week. We provide a long-term assignment with strong prospects for permanent placement, as well as options for overtime compensation. Additional benefits include free parking or planned shuttle service, and dedicated support from our Adecco team.
